JANA SEVA TRUST is a charitable Non-Profit Organisation with a prospect to serve the underprivileged and needy by providing educational, religious, or other activities and serving the society for common good. JANA SEVA TRUST has establishedCHIGURU for the mentally challenged women and destitute women and children.
Jana Seva Trust started its social activities from 2013-14. The trust has successfully conducted several awareness programs to benefit the society and the underprivileged. They registered under the Charitable Trust Act on 3.2.14.
They not only identify the fervent issues of the society but also provide appropriate solutions to these problems.
CHIGURU A dream to provide shelter and care and to serve the mentally challenged women has finally been achieved in the form of CHIGURU a day care center and home that has been established in 2014 under Jana Seva Trust for this purpose. CHIGURU identifies the uncared mentally challenged women and brings them to the center to give them the necessary treatment as well as a home to stay. They have helped almost 8 such women in need. They also identify destitute women who are left behind by the society on roadside without proper care and support them. They have conducted various activities in this regard.
Ms.Sushma M.S. is the founder director of Jana Seva Trust. She has earned her Master’s in social works and has engaged herself for the benefit of the society since 5 years. Her compassion towards mentally challenged women and children can be seen in her care to identify and safely protect them by providing them shelter and day care facilities.
Mr.Prashanth is the Joint Director and also the trustee. Having a Master’s degree in social works, Mr.Prashanth joined has with Jana Seva Trust to cherish his dreams in serving the needy.
